The more detail, the better the delivery. At minimum include: what the client does, what outcome they want, any style preferences, and a deadline. Vague briefs cause back-and-forth delays. If in doubt, write more.
Yes — there's no limit. Submit each gig separately with its own brief. All your active gigs appear in the Active Gigs section of your dashboard so you can track them individually.
We review your brief within 24 hours and confirm the base price. You'll receive a notification. Once confirmed, we move the gig to Building status. You can track progress on your dashboard at any time.
You can request changes within 2 hours of submission by emailing [email protected] with your gig reference number. Once building has started, major scope changes may incur an additional base price adjustment.
Submit it anyway using the Custom Software category and describe what's needed in the brief. We'll assess and quote a custom base price within 24 hours. Your 15% commission applies to all gigs including custom ones.
Your dashboard Active Gigs table shows real-time status for every gig: Pending Start → Building → In Review → Delivered. You'll also receive push notifications at each status change.

Your 15% commission is paid within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. When the gig status moves to Delivered and the client confirms receipt, your commission is automatically queued for payout.
Your markup is the difference between what you charge your client and the base price you pay us. It's 100% yours. You collect it directly from your client before or at the time of submitting the gig. We never see or touch your client's payment.
First, verify your bank account details are correct in Profile Settings. If it's been more than 72 hours since delivery confirmation, email [email protected] with your gig reference number and we'll investigate immediately.
No. Every commission is paid regardless of amount. Even a ₦750 commission from a small gig is paid out within 48 hours of delivery.
Yes — go to Profile Settings → Banking & Payout Details and update your account. Changes apply to your next payout. For security, new account details may take 24 hours to verify.
Yes. As an independent partner, you're responsible for your own tax obligations on all earnings including commissions and markups. SOCIALCATALLYZT does not deduct taxes on your behalf. Consult a tax professional if needed.

No — and you're contractually obliged not to without our written consent. We operate as your silent white-label fulfilment partner. Your client should only know your brand. This protects both your client relationship and our business model.
Contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the gig hasn't started building, we can cancel without charge. If building has started, a partial base price may be due depending on how much work has been completed.
Every gig includes revisions as specified in the service tier. If the delivery doesn't match the agreed brief, we'll fix it at no extra charge. Raise a revision request via [email protected] with your gig reference.
Yes — always. The catalogue shows base prices only (what you pay us). You quote your client whatever the market allows. The difference is your markup and it's yours to keep. There is no ceiling.
Yes. You can bring gigs from clients anywhere in the world. However, all base price payments and commission payouts are denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦) and paid to Nigerian bank accounts.

Go to My Profile in the sidebar. You can update your personal info, brand name, active services, payout details, and notification preferences from there.
In Profile Settings → Tech Brand Identity, you'll find a toggle grid of all available services. Switch them on or off as your client focus changes. You can still submit any service type regardless — this is just for your profile.
No. One partner account per individual is permitted. If you're representing a business with multiple people, contact us at [email protected] about a team account arrangement.
Go to Profile Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. For safety, account deletion is completed by our team after you initiate the request. Any pending commissions are reviewed before closure.
